Meet mould detection dogs O’livia and Cosmos. These beautiful Weimaraners are trained to detect mould and are in very high demand. Each year their owner, Industrial Hygienist Anne O’Donnell, has them photographed for her company holiday cards. We spent the day in downtown Montreal during the Santa Claus parade for this year’s photos. One of the locations was Ogilvy’s Christmas window, a famous and much-loved holiday spot here in Montreal where the dogs were of course quite the hit. There’s something about Weimaraners that is hilarious when you photograph them. They always have this look on their face that I find hysterical. Thanks for the laughs pups!

Here is a photo I took at last year’s Remembrance Day Ceremony in my home town. This photo hangs at our branch of the Royal Canadian Legion. I wanted to post it. I feel it’s important that among all of the photos of happy families we not forget why we have the freedom and privilege to live in happiness. Lest we forget.

Hey girlfriend! This is my dear friend Chantal with hubby Claude and daughter Keira. We went to Design School together many years ago and just hooked up again last year thanks to Facebook. We had a beautiful day out on the mountain but poor little Keira wasn’t feeling well so we worked quickly and thankfully ended up with some great shots. Cheers darlin’s!
