Maggie

When I do doggy studio sessions it’s always good to do the lighting set up beforehand so I’m ready to go. I can always count on my dogs. They are so good in front of the camera it never ceases to amaze me. So here is my sweet Maggie acting as lighting stand in. She’s such a great dog!

Dot & O’livia

Introducing Dot. My Weimaraner client lasted 3 days before getting a new pup after losing her dog Cosmos. She didn’t plan on it, but she called her breeder to tell her the news of Cosmos’s passing and what do you know… Dot.

I remember putting my 2 elderly dogs down at the same time years ago. It was gut-wrenching! I had my first baby and was completely overwhelmed and told my husband’ “No dogs for 5 years. That’s that.” Well I lasted 5 weeks and… Charlotte. So I really get this.

Dot and O’livia came over and we did the big photo session; studio, outdoors, vintage, black and whites, fine art… everything! I love the look of Weimaraners in photos. They LOOK like they stand still… but they don’t! They sniff, sniff, sniff everything everywhere. Of course O’livia is a mold detection dog and so if she finds mold she gets food, so she just keeps sniffing! Dot will also be a mold detection dog. She is lovely and very mature and calm for a 3 month old puppy. Thank you darlins’!
